One on One : Functional Integration®  (By appointment only)
Functional Integration (hands on) sessions are a very powerful, yet gentle way to bring change.
This approach is tailored towards your needs.
  • First session $45
  • Regular $80
  • Package of 3: $215
  • Package of 6: $ $410
  • Commitment Package: Come 2x per week for 4 weeks (8 times) and get the best results. $500
A session can be from 45 min to over 1 hour and will start at the scheduled time.  Please note that I require a 24 h cancellation by phone, by e-mail 36 h.
If it is less then 24h I will do my best to fill your place, if not I will have to charge the full amount of the session.

  • Please note that price adjustments can be arranged
  • 3x package needs to be used within 6 weeks, 6x package within 3 month

Exploring you the many ways you can roll on the floor, or how rolling helps you getting of the floor.

What do you have to do to make movements easy and pleasurable?  This workshop leave people happier and full of positive energy. Explore gently all those moves you left behind when you grew up. Become more flexible and agile.

 Walking can be the most beautiful way to get around. Explore effortless walking the way nature has intended it to be.  Great to get ready for the running and hiking season

There are many reasons  why we stop breathing the way we could: Stress, Medical, Asthma, Psychological.
